The maximum refund value that can be received for this promo is $5. Only one refund is available per customer.

Only straight bets (minimum $5) placed on the Tote Win market for the Kentucky Derby (Churchill Downs Race 12), will be eligible to receive a refund as part of this promo. Where multiple qualifying bets have been placed on the Kentucky Derby (Churchill Downs Race 12), only the first bet will be eligible to receive a refund.

Only bets placed with cash are eligible to receive this promo. Where a bet is placed partly with cash and partly with Bonus Bets, only the cash part of your wager will be eligible for a refund, if the cash part of your wager totals $5 or more. Bets placed partly with cash and partly with Bonus bets where the cash part of your wager is less than $5, will not be eligible for a refund as part of this promo. Bets placed Live In Game or bets placed with Bonus Bets will not be eligible for a refund as part of this promo.

Bets placed on Tote Place, Show, Exacta, Trifecta, Superfecta or Hi 5 markets will not be eligible for a refund as part of this promo.

Bets which are settled as a push or bets which are deemed no action, will not receive a refund as part of this promo.

Cash awarded as part of this promo will be available within 72 hours of the end of the Kentucky Derby (Churchill Downs Race 12). You will be sent communications to advise when this is available.

Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments, Bonus Bet, Bonus Bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the enhanced payment, Bonus Bet or Bonus Bets element of such offers and/or deem no action any bet funded by the Bonus Bet or Bonus Bets. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the Bonus Bets, Bonus Bet or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity. To qualify for entry, you must opt in via the button above and place a qualifying pre-race straight Tote Win bet of $10 or more on the Kentucky Derby (Churchill Downs Race 12), taking place on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Your qualifying bet for entry must be placed on the specified race.

Only a pre-race straight bet placed on the Tote Win market after 11:00 AM ET on Saturday, May 3, 2025 will count as a qualifying bet.

Cashed Out, event-specific Bonus Bets placed by selecting ‘Use Bonus Bet’ from the bet slip, bets placed using Bonus Bets, bets deemed no action and bets placed Live In Game do not count.

Only one entry is available per eligible customer. For example, if you were to place three $10 pre-race qualifying straight bets on the Kentucky Derby (Churchill Downs Race 12), this would only equate to one single entry.

Our Never Ordinary Experience is open to verified bet365 account holders aged 19 years or over and have met the specified qualifying criteria outlined above.

You will not be eligible to win this prize if:

• You (or your guests) are subject to a ban from Woodbine.

• You (or your guests) are employed by either bet365 or Woodbine.

This experience is for one winner and three chosen guests only.

This experience includes:

a) Free tickets and a table for four on the terrace to watch The King’s Plate race, currently scheduled for Saturday, August 16, 2025.

b) Round-Trip Transportation from anywhere in Ontario, including transfers to and from airport/hotel/track for you and your three guests.

c) Two-night hotel stay for you and your guests (2x double occupancy rooms).

Tickets may only be used by the selected winner, and three guests of their choice who must be over the age of 19 and meet the eligibility criteria. Tickets may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, assigned, pledged or used for any other non-private enjoyment purpose.

This experience will not include money or any other incidental expenses in using the prize not stated in these terms. Any such costs will be exclusive responsibility of the winner and their chosen guests.

There is no alternative for the prize. This prize is not negotiable or transferrable.

Winners will be notified via phone call within 72 hours of the Kentucky Derby finishing. Failure to respond by Saturday, May 17, 2025, will result in a redraw and you will be withdrawn from the opportunity to participate in our Never Ordinary experience.

The winner will be chosen electronically, by random draw.

bet365 and Woodbine may be required to evidence that prizes were correctly awarded.
